Years ago, Katherine Bishop was engaged to Jamal, but their relationship came to an
abrupt end when his overbearing brother, Rashid Ben Hasir, disapproved of the marriage and instructed
Jamal to return to Morocco and attempted to buy off Katherine.
Now Katherine is working in Morocco when she meets Rashid once again. Bitter at him for
coming between her and Jamal, she resists the attraction she suddenly feels for him. But when
he kidnaps her and brings her to the Moroccan desert, she discovers the depth of emotion she has
for this striking man.
Rashid intends to make Katherine his and entices her to submit to his sensual desires. But soon
he discovers that the two of them represent two worlds that are on a collision course, and that
their two hearts can only beat as one.
